How do you handle your bad runs?

This last week iv been playing badly/getting unlucky. Its starting to really effect my play, i seem to be throwing my chips away like a total fish. How do you adjust for thous bad runs? cause this is really annoying me!

i take a break usually find that calms me down and fingures crossed the run ends when i come back hehe

I don't tend to stop playing when i get bad runs. I'm not that prone to tilting so i can usually keep a clear head.

If i get a bad beat and bust i jst close the table, think about it for a second, then usually go into another tournament knowing i played it well and forget about the bad beat.

I punch my desk all the time and shout and stuff. But then i go tell people about my bad beat (even if they've heard a million of my stories) and then it gets it off ma chest.

I've gotta say i can drop a lot of money when i'm fumin from a bad run. Gotta just keep away from the computer, far too easy to go multitabling 4 $12 180 turbos and bust them all in 10 minutes.

worst is if u play heads up on tilt, you can drop alot of cash heads up

Definately, so easy to reload and then chuck it away heads up. I make the STUPIDEST calls sometimes when im on tilt on cash games. I don't ever seem to tilt on tournaments but HU on cash it's all too easy to just chuck your money away.

I dont really have long term bad runs, but when I start getting a bad run, I kind of space out for a few hands and stop thinking about everything so hard and kind of play with low bets

Bad beats and bad runs keep me up all night!I sometimes go 54 hours with no sleep just thinking over what could have been.
I find masterbating helps relieve stress sometimes :D

i tend to get dressed up in a full gorilla suit and go around trashing local businesses. helps me sleep like a baby at night.
