Idk what the best strategies are as I don't play much PLO but going broke on big draws and sets (on teh flopper) is what it's all about. Also, be ready for some ridiculous beats.

2nd nut flush draw=rags.
Low pairs pre-flop are rubbish as making bottom set is more curse than blessing.
People tend to limp almost 100% of hands at low stakes so you can raise them IP with a fairly wide range.
