On the river a Q or 3 would do it, but sick beat anyway. The shove with AQ was pretty crappy as if you were stupid enough to raise AJ on the flop his raise gave you the chance to get out of it. It is for this reason I would say he is effectively bluff (wtf) shoving. He could still choose to play for stacks, but flatting the flop has to be the way to go.
