Lady Sues credit card company :0

I heard a story of a lady who sued a credit card company because they allowed her to spend over $10,000 on an online poker site. She got a lot more money than 10 k of course.
I think this is pretty ridiculous.
What do you guys think?

Somebody needs to beat some sense into that lady. The company should not have to pay her back because she is no good at poker. These lawsuits are ridiculous and the people need to grow up.

That's a stupid woman, but she does have a point. The credit card companies generally have it set up so you can't charge after a certain point. Some don't because they love the overdraft fees.

That said, if she won her case and got damages - that sucks. She should had some of the debt forgiven - maybe.

Yes of course she was clever ...the reasonis that the credit card companies tellu or the bank tells u that u cannot use the bank money loans or credit cards to gamble and if u make money u will have to pay all that to the bank...

Its was something I was told when I took a loan from citibank . .
