Pre: ship it in. Some people say that's committing too much etc but once you've raised w/ limpers you're getting it in.

Flop: bet more, like just under pot. K and Q are scary cards!

Turn: ship it in. If he's got a 7, that sucks, but you've now got TPTK w/ NFD, so get it in.

River: erm. I'm not sure. I don't think with these stack sizes and the board I'm ever not all in at this point, but raising all in is pretty bad.

This is a genuine question, not an attack, but I wondered what the river raise was about?

You think you should ship it in pre? I say fold, if you move in your only getting called when crushed surely and we are 9 handed, not that rare that someone will wake up with a hand behind us. But youre right, you can't really make a standard raise either.
