He said that because after Bush won in Florida Al Gore started moaning and saying that the ballots were confusing in Florida. I have seen the ballot and there is nothing confusing about it. It is pretty obvious and I was only 12 or so when I saw it. So if a 12 year old can figure it out then an 18+ year old can. Democrats just like to lie and complain.

Oh, that's great! The whole voting system doesn't even allow for the "best man" to win anyway. Yeah, I think it's rigged in some States that have known crooks.

As someone who lived in Florida at the time, I'd have to say yes. Though it was not so much that they rigged the votes as they tried to do things to play with the election. Like posting police gauntlets in black neighborhoods on election day, to make it harder for blacks to vote. Blacks are historically more likely to vote democrat.
