Bizkit's Heads up Challenge:

I want to play heads up vs hithenose_home(open to ROCKART & eldave1 as well but I don't think I can commit to playing multiple opponents at once); here are a few of my current suggestions and thoughts:
-More hands
-More playing hours
-Higher stakes(although I don't intend to play higher than 400 NL)
-Higher stack sizes
-More tables
-An escrow'd amount to prevent any hit and run attempts
-A minimum of several thousands dollars involved

I agree to play on PokerStars, however, I think we should investigate heads up rake at all the sites to make sure we're giving away the least amount possible given the stakes we intend to play at. I'll let you speak for yourself about what you want in terms. Take your time but please respond within a reasonable time frame(not necessarily accepting this challenge like a year from now). Thanks.
