I keep getting bad beat?

What can i do?...

You cant win when you get limp called by QJ all in for 13bbs from AQ and QJ flops quad jacks.

Just started playing BetFair to try and have a go at becoming a sponsored player and i have ended up losing almost every SNG entirely from bad beats. (played about 7 or 8 so far). The one hand i busted out on without being seriously damaged by a bad beat was with AJs which went up against AK 3 handed. And 1 time when some guy slow played aces against my TPTK

I find certain players continuously deliver bad beats where others continuously recieve bad beats.
I make a quick player note against a continual bad beater and avoid commiting to the pot early at all costs.
A player who i would recommend black listing is 'jonnyb36'.Over the last year i have seen and recieved incredible bad beats. The type of player that calls with nothing and rivers what ever he needs to win the pot!Beware

I suggest taking a break. From 1 hour to a week. Depending on how badly you have been running. At the start of my poker playing i would get bad beat several times in a row and get impatient at winning my money back and therefore dropped me into even more losses.

Breaks are very important!

Yeah i agree with Booth, jonnyb36 delivers a lot of bad beats. He always seems ot call with absolutely nothing and still manages to hit something either on the turn or river. Something very dodgy about that guy! The thing is dont let it get to you, play it cool, thats poker!

Frustrate your opponent

I used to find coming over the top 'All in' pre flop of a oppenent who has a blaitant mid hand but is raise to try and steal the blinds or he thinks he is in good shape tends to kill the hand.Hopefully he folds with you Taking his chips that he raised with and also the confusion you put into your oppenents mind on how you play;use this later on to your advantage, you can rest assured he will be wanting to call your bluff in future!
Live games only though!

Im seriously considering leaving online poker and sticking to live games!I am convinced there is no such thing as a 80:20 odds online, its just 50:50 whether you got AA up against 33 or 37 offsuit V AK suited.
jonnyb36 is the ultimate pokerstars bad beat donk !

bad beats is one of the joys of poker. I know its frustrating but try to play through them and dont let it affect your game. As soon as you feel yourself tilting take a break !
