Unless he's executing this play regularly I'm tending to fold preflop. Call it weak tight or whatever but I tend to respect limp re-raises unless my opponent is absolutely nuts. Your pot odds are good but reverse implied odds are horrible. If this flop isn't 3 suited you probably go broke likely to be behind. Any ace flop you're probably either winning one more bet or likely facing an all in behind. Queen flops are the same way.
As played I think its an easy fold postflop. You're either 50/50ish vs a hand like or ... or really far behind
