Poker Injuries

"David Chiu has injured his wrist and the medical staff is on its way to attend to the situation. No word on how he injured himself, only that it is his right hand - forcing him to stack his chips in an awkward, hilarious fashion with his left."

Anyone had any poker related injuries?

No poker injuries that I know of. I did hear that some guy got so excited in a game of chess that he started wrapping his leg around the chair he was on ... When he quickly stood up to celebrate, his leg broke.

My Poker Injury

I had a hand come up yesterday at a $20 SNG where I raised 3x bb from the cutoff w/AA and was called by the small blind.

The flop came QT3 with two diamonds. I bet out 2/3 pot and got min-raised so I shoved all in.

The guy snap called with T5 of clubs and the turn was a T.

My ass kinda hurt after that one.

Strick suffered an injury once when some chips were mysteriously 'tossed' at him. Till this day, the root of the chip throwing is unknown however.

You gotta watch out for that. Unfortunately, most poker games are sausage fests.
