Watching Tables before sitting down
When I am going to play at a cash table online I like to just watch how each player is playing. How they bet, if they call often, if they fold often. You can't see their cards of course until and if they are shown but you still get a good feel for the table just buy how they are all betting.
If I don't like the way a certain player is betting or playing I'll find another table. |

I used to do this when I started playing online, but then I stopped and just left a table after I noticed how stupid everyone was playing. I usually just check the table stats now.

I check the table stats and watch maybe 3-4 hands before sitting down. I found that I learn in-game what the other players are like alot more than watching without playing.

I look at the players at a table before i sit down. With practice you can look at people and see if they are noobs or good players.
