In honesty I think theres alot of things you could of improved in this hand.

1) I don't like the min raise with AK there. Its just asking for all kinds of trouble. I'm pretty certain that if the other guy didn't 3-bet, you were getting alot more callers, and opening yourself up for being outdrawn (although LUCKILY, you would of had the nuts here).

2) Both guys clearly seems scared of the ace, so when the turn peels another ace, it is the perfect chance for you to make some money because it is very hard to put you on quads. Seems to me like 'Ihave1out' probably had a decent pocketpair and therefore, he probably thinks hes miles ahead when the third ace hits. I DEFO think when he bet $7, if you re-raised all in there you were getting called!

3) I don't like the river bet. It is way too small. You are betting $1.50 into a $23 pot. I defo think you got very small value out of your hand!

P.S You do know when it gets to showdown, and the dude mucks, you can check what hand they had in the instant hand history?

Raise to $1 pf. Use the general rule: raise 4bb+1 for ea limper. I'm not sure if i do, or dont like your check on the flop, because of the 3bet PF. He's shown strength PF, I suppose you can check/call (c/r is bad; its a pretty strong move in a 3bet pot which will fold out under pairs) because I'd imagine he's cbetting a lot here. I may prefer just to donkbet into the flop. He'll probably call with any pair.

As played bet the turn, he's shown no strength on the flop, the % of time you have an ace is minimal, he knows that, you bet, he'll probably spaz out with his TT and shove. if you're going to check, check with the intention of shoving over his bet.

I really really dont like the river bet. shove river, any pair will call you.

You can check mucked cards in the hand history but its fun to guess. Our opponent should be showing down KK-99 a good amount of the time. Although, I've heard PKR players have a tendency to be a little crazy. And with your river bet misclick so to speak, he has to call with whatever he has.
