Hey PIR members

Like many of you while im at work i study up on my poker game and hardly work. I've been looking through posts and this is one of the most active forums I've seen. I have been "playing" poker for a while but only recently decided to get serious about it (1 Month). At the moment im not playing on any sites that serious playing play on. I play house games and on Facebook/myspace lol(which i read here is highly flawed). I do well at both but im hoping to step my game up. Ill probably pass my cubicle time here more often since its one of the few forums my IT dept hasn't banned yet lol.

Central FL, I've read a few of rockarts post, and i must say i agree with his philosophy. The way i avoid "variance" lol is just to get out the way when it starts to look nasty.

Btw Im a student as well finishing up an Accounting degree. Im a slave in my cubicle working for a tour operator.

I live in Orlando, im not sure if you familiar with allinpokerseries.com they have live games, but again its fake money. Im tryin to hone my game until the point where i feel comforable playing with real money no matter the amount. I can win house games and fake money tournaments no problem but i still want to tweak my playing strategy and get a better understanding of pot odds things like that
