What's 'PPC', 'Advanced SEO'? Are these business terms, or terms specific to search engine optimisation or whatever? My point being, someone who is coming to you for help, probably doesn't know what these are if they are terms specific to the latter. If I'm being honest, this just sounds like typical marketing spiel to me - the type of spiel that makes me stop reading.

I think this detracts from your, overall decent looking, website. It just seems too 'spamy'.

these*. Whats a bottom line and why do businesses need to focus on it? I don't like the "owners like ourselves are extremely busy" bit. You'll be too busy to attend to customers' concerns/problems in the future? Won't be able to give them your full attention? Your experts at online marketing? Can I have some proof please, have you got a portfolio?.. Presumably questions prospective customers will be asking.

I'm pretty ignorant to the technology of what it is you actually do, and looking at the Services page (http://macfarlaneandle.com/?page_id=8), I'm fairly overwhelmed. Maybe make it a bit clearer? For example, I have literally no idea what "4 articles (500-750 words)/month written (more can be added at £50 per article)" means.

cosmetics are alright, tested sql security, good job whoever built site knows their stuff. Real deal.

@Jd3lta we didnt want to go overboard on the cosmetics just because we wanted a clean professional site. How did you test the security btw?

@Gareth, if you come to us before you renew your contract and tell us what the other company does for you i will make sure we do a better job for a lower price.
