The Quick Summary
PKR is dubbed the next generation of poker, with its 3D graphics and computer game looks it is very fetching on the eye and almost cartoon like, the games on offer are omaha and hold em, yet their MTT's have a good range of bounty tornies and turbos to keep things interesting
Traffic: poor (2/5)
Being an independant site the traffic is low compared to crypto or prima etc but what is quite rubbish is that the games only have hold em or omaha high, so the range of tables becomes more unforgivable.
Player Competition: fishy (2/5)
Being a 3D site and full of little touches like shouting LOOOOSER. it attracts newbies and young spotty teenagers (im 20 so shh!) , also the 3d software is not compatable with most poker tracking software, so the sharks avoid the place
Site Software: Outstanding yet clunky (3.5/5)
The sites graphics are simply brilliant. Yet the software is very prone to breaking mid MTT and if the sites traffic is large all manner of problems arise. Do not expect more than 60 hands per hour 6 max, combined with only being allowd to 4 table this makes quite slow action.
Customer Support: Outstanding (5/5)
With the ability to email and also chat live all problems are solved easily, there are often reload bonuses up for grabs and a generous program of refer a friend deals.
Overall Review: average (3/5)
To be honest unless you like the graphics that much i do not see the appeal of pkr, however the do have a very generous player points scheme, overall a long way to go before they achieve next generation poker like they claim to.
Pros:
- Nice Graphics.
- Great loyalty program.
- fish!
Cons:
- No phone support.
- lots of site breakdowns
- lack of traffic
