So i went to the casino

Had a great new years with the family down in great yarmouth and we had a family upswing of £1,200 in the grosvenor casino there, i tell you what though the technology and sheer survalance of the place, i think to be honest roulette croupiers are alot more skilled than you would first think, i think tbh it ould not be hard to target high rollers on a roulette wheel, i think there is certainly a small edge to be had by being a good spinner. what do you guys think? we stayed under the radar and backed the total oppostie to the high (losing) rollers and come out winners....i know its alot of luck involved yada ya, but i suppose wel never know...

i made 200. my dad who actualy is not a big gambler at all and plays like.05/0.1 poker on cd when he does play made 700, grandad made 300, pretty damn funny tbh. im pretty sure a good croupier could find a 1 or 2% edge to get it within 26,32,0 for example, 3 numbers i think could be very achievable to have a slight edge.

Doesn't the ball drop quite randomly though?

i think it does but surely it doesnt matter how fast you spin it as much as it will always drop at the same speed at the end surely, and since things deaccelerate quicker at speed...i duno thought it was pretty freaky sometimes.

I have read into this before actually, and it is possible to spin the wheel to make it so the ball lands in a certain area of the wheel. Not get an exact number, but I land on like 1 of 6-7 numbers or so! I'd presume that its very rarely done, and would take lots of practice, but it definitely is possible!

Would be sick to be able to do it. Be prepared to get the **** beat out of you by the doormen though.
Also entirely agree with the floating out of position thing, it sounds like something Jeremy would do.
there is a machine that calculates it for you. Saw it on the real hussle. Will predict the area of which the ball will drop when it is span randomly. Its not ilegal to use in the UK but it is in the US.
