question Easy way to lose a big stack?

Playing the $24f on Full Tilt again and I've got a pretty decent stack of 9k. Villain in this hand has just under 9k

    Hero is dealt

    Hero raises 450
    Folds to CO
    CO calls 450
    Folds

    Flop [ ]

Hero bets 450 (at the time I wanted him to come OTT)
    CO raises to 1100
    Hero???

Do I call/fold/raise. I don't think fold is ever the right thing to do here. So many bad cards to come on the turn if you smooth call out of position. If you raise then you could be behind and just lost a big stack when you don't have to.

Busto 40th. I keep running pretty deep just not making anything of it. Ended up come OTT of SB c-bet with 2nd pair. They had a set.

I busted out of the same tournament yesterday in almost exactly that position because I reraised all in (i was more short stacked than you).

Turned out my 10s were no good against his jacks. + if i'd've smoothed I would've got away from it because the turn peeled off an ace

Yeah, I just gave no respect to the SB raising my BB and called with QJs in position. Flopped 2nd pair and they flopped a set of jacks.
