    A new study has come out showing that poker is indeed a game of skill, using evidence from 103 million hands played at Pokerstars. The key point was that only 25% of hands went to showdown.
    This is fantastic evidence to be used in all the court cases from now on!

    it really is amazing how people can think it is all a game of luck and just class it as 'gambling' so therefore no skill is involved

    Brilliant news. Seems like a lot of progress has been made recently.

    I would've thought if you wanted to prove that there was skill in poker then you wouldn't take hand histories from NL20 games
