    smoking ban at casinos

    Hey all
As anyone heard about the new smoking ban that casinos in the US uphold lately?
It’s a BS ban, because it ruins the experience.

there is a smoking ban in the UK for all things indoors, and i think it totally increases my happiness about going to a restaurant, pub, bar , club and poker rooms 1000%. smoking inside is poor me tinks. it increases non smokers pleasure (and health) infinatly whilst causing a minor inconvienience for smokers, most casinos now have balconies and stuff catered for smoking, also if u nicotine heads are going to get grouchy and impatient at the table, i for one am happy lol
 stop being a moron

when is this supposed to happen?

i know the few state run casinos here in Florida have already imposed this ban, but the Indian casinos still allow it.

    did you hear a date?

is it July 1st when the limits go up?

I'm for it. After living in a smoke free UK for however long it's been has major up sides. Tbh if you do smoke then it won't be much of an inconveniance to go out to their designated smoking area not far from the tables.

@RockArt I'm not sure, but I don't think a state or federal ban would apply to Indian land.

I love the smoking ban. I love that my clothes don't stink anymore. It's great. I hardly know anyone my age who smokes anyway.

I dont like inhaling the smoke so I think its a good thing. In the Netherlands here there is already a ban for many of the pubs, casino's, restaurants etc.

After playing in Vegas and having a brother that smokes, it really didn't seem like a hassle. Everytime he wanted a smoke he got up and lit up about 2 meters from the table. Whenever action was getting around to him he'd put down his smoke and have a check. Easily done!
