Copyright discussion & case study
So i just switched to 6max couple of months ago so i thought i would share a few tips with other people that i found helpful about playing preflop.
Here's a chart i made.

UTG
You need to be fairly tight UTG. I suggest raising around the top12% of hands, something like
- 22+, ATs+, AJo+, KQo, KJs+, JTs+
MP
I would add only a few more hands into my MP range, raising around 14% of hands, but overall still fairly tight.
- 22+, A9s+, ATo+, KQo, KJs+, JTs+, KJo, KTs
3betting PF from MP should be heavily weighted towards value as people will normally opening tightest from UTG. I tend to 3bet AK and QQ+ and will just call with other holdings.
CO
Here you can start to open alot wider, around 25% of hands.
- Any pair, Any 2 broadway(T,J,Q,K,A), 9Bs (B= Broadway card),76s+, 97s+, A5s+, A8o+
From the CO we can 3bet wider and reduce the ratio of value:bluff 3bets. This is all dependant on the player who has opened UTG or from MP, if they are raising only 15% of hands from EP then we need to 3bet for value more often than we 3bet for value against someone who is raising 20%+ hands from EP.
BTN
Here you need to be opening even wider, generally i raise around 35% of hands. This can be modified vastly depending on the players in the blinds
- Any pair, any 2 Broadway, 9B, 54s+, 64s+, 96s+, T6s+, K8s, A2s+, A5o+
We should be 3betting OTB more than we do from the CO and further increasing the bluff 3bets we are making. We will always have position when we are BTN so if we 3bet and are called then we will have position on all future streets which makes it much easier to play.
That's probs it for now but i will add some stuff in - particularly about blind defence. Hope this is of use to someone.
