You've bet $45. It looks like we have to pay him off if the lucky bastard hit his set.

Or he's spazzed out w/ something.

They say that TP or an overpair is the nuts in a 3bet pot, well I think that's not true. But it is true in a 4bet pot with AA's.

I pretty much just refer to deep as 150bbs+. You're looking at 3 buyin pots.

There are different levels of "deep", to be truthful 150bb's isn't really that deep (IMO). I think it doesn't start to really take effect untill 250bb's or at least 200bb's. And the mind boggles as to why he called your bet as there is going to be 1.3 PSB after the flop.

I think he has AK here an awful lot pates either that or QQ's and you are ahead of that range.

Irrelevant of the size of the pot, I don't feel we need to make any strategy adjustments until at least 200bbs.

Well I'm set mining 3-bets 150bbs deep but never set mining 3-bets 100bbs deep. There's one adjustment mate! Deep is a general statement and I'm not going to bother debating it as it is entirely down to interpretation.

lol ok, you got me. Yes it is a relative term, however I personally don't think it applies or is helpful to use here. We have 167 bbs. 37 of which we've invested preflop and a further 45 on the flop before you ask us whether we should fold. Saying we're deep is a non-factor. We've invested around half our stack - thats the important factor.
