Definitely both pretty standard. How come such small raises in the 2nd hand? Are you trying to induce a 5bet shove? Personally I think you're a mile ahead in the 2nd hand. 1st hand who knows but you gotta get it in after the action.

These are both standard, cmon man, their 3bets are like 9% and 10% I mean of course you're going to face AA,KK some of the time but you should be ahead of the range they get it in pre. That's why 3betting light is so important, your KK/QQ are for value rather than just a bluff.

I think both 4betting/shove is a good line and I think flatting and letting him spaz is a good line, that might come down to opponents and personal preferences.

I would say the better the loose 3bettor is the more I like a 4bet more and the aggrotards should be left to hang themselves, like your QQvKJ hand. There is nothing wrong though with the hands you've posted.
