QQ and the fun of nitting in a 3bet pot

Villain was running at 13/13 over 40ish hands and as of yet had not 3bet. Although it feels a little premature to assign him a solid range I felt like his 3bet was liekly to be TT+,AK, and the occasional combo of AQ. The effective stacks are 200bb's and given my feeling I really do not want to 4bet/6bet/get it in as frankly I feel he would'nt do this with anything less than QQ anyway and I'm in position. So yes we are 4handed and I just decided to flat the 3bet.

    $0.02/$0.05 No Limit Holdem
    4 Players
    Hand Conversion Powered by http://weaktight.com/

    Stacks:
    CO Hero $10.09
    BTN strohe911 $2.65
    SB SashaSapOn $19.38
    BB crazeygurl69 $13.33

    Pre-Flop: ($0.07, 4 players) Hero is CO
Hero raises to $0.20, 1 fold, SashaSapOn raises to $0.75, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.55

    Flop: ($1.55, 2 players)
SashaSapOn bets $1.05, Hero calls $1.05

The bet came rather quickly which is usually a sign of bluffy kind of hand, but I see absolutely no reason to raise this flop given my pre-flop reads. This was my easiest street to play

    Turn: ($3.65, 2 players)
    SashaSapOn checks, Hero checks

This makes me happy as I pretty certain I have the best hand but see no reason to bet as I'm like afraid of 6 combos of an A or K river maybe a T river . Another possibility that ran through my mind was that his overpairs might be scared of a J turn and check for pot-control I have the crappiest overpair and would be value cutting myself.

I'm interested to know how many people here bet the turn for protection/value?

    River: ($3.65, 2 players)
SashaSapOn checks, Hero says "im so weak tight",

This says it all really doesn't it, I was thinking that if I got his pre-flop range correct there is basically nothing that would call my value bet so I checked like the weak tight nit I am.

What range do you assign a typical tight TAG for 3betting in these spots?

Do you think I should have taken a more aggressive approach pre possibly 4bet/fold (yuck), 4bet/get it in?

Would you ever expect this type of villain to call the river with AK/99?

Please use the pictures i.e. : Qs (without the space).

It makes it a whole lot easier to read. I'm 10 tabling most of the time I'm online so it'd help me a lot thanks.

40 hands with no 3bet doesn't mean much to me. I'm certainly not going to pigeon hole his range but I would probably lean towards him having a tighter than average range.

Preflop and on the flop I probably handle the same way. With the turn & river I would tend to take the line check with the intention of betting out if checked to or calling most river bets.

Yea I'm thinking I should bet out the river maybe it's a bit weak not to. But to be honest the T scared me more than it should have.

Results villain had AKo I won the pot pretty much what I expected when he checked the river TBH.

I bet river mainly because most of the hands that beat us probably would have bet either the turn or the river. I don't think check-raise is a serious concern. But, I think we sometimes will get value out of strange hands. Maybe AK, 99-88 stuff like that. This is $.02/$.05 so him nitting it up preflop for a series of 40 hands isn't enough information to weak tight nit check here.
