John "pearljammer" Turner's Girlfriend Hacked for $30k

John "pearljammer" Turner is one of Full Tilt's red pros who found out the hard way that Full Tilt is hugely lacking when it comes to customer support.

On Tuesday 5th January, John Turner's girlfriend XTraCey was found playing at the NL5000 tables intentionally losing every hand.

"I’m pissed," Turner said on the PocketFives.com. "I'm a red pro and have no way of getting in touch with anyone at support while I watch all 30k (of my money for the record since I back her) that I have on her account pissed away."

The following is an extract from the chat at a table while the hacker was dumping the money:

The motives of the hacker are unclear – they even lost XTraCey all of her FTPs by registering in multiple 2,500FTP satellites.

I hate ft and I'm not protecting them, they have the worst of many things, problem is choices of places to play for us in the States isnt all that great. At least at pokerstars you can get ahold of a moderator almost immediately. At ****tilt they just dont give a crap.

Lol this has been speculated seeing as she doesn't really make money online and could just play really bad. She's regarded as an "MTT Pro" as well.

Pretty sick. Full tilt support is crap, also withdrawing is a pain in the arse. Stars ftw. I decided to take a shot with what I had left in my FT account and play some $162 donkament.

Romanello is a sick player. Like other top aggressive players, you can't let them get past preflop easily imo. If you do then don't let them get past the flop! Unless you're playing Chris Klecz (sp?) on FTP because she is pretty poor! lol. I love the Red pros that have negative profit in tournaments AND cash... wtf?!
