Jacks, ten high board vs nit, and some fish mins.... please help.

Yo pates im having problems with ur hand replayer, might be norton, but i dont know.

Anyway andre 16/7 3.0 agg over 40 hands (small but thas fooking nitty.)
Ikuot standard passive fish with pretty average stats. I spoilered turn in white. Honestly the **** do i do on the flop? I really ****ed up by calling is my first instinct, i was going to pretty much ram any small turn.

    Shove flop.

    • There's too many potential trouble cards if you just flat the turn here because more likely than not the station behind you is going to be calling. All of the following cards make likely hands your opponent could have: A,K,Q,J,9,7,4.
    • We also know there is a passive player that probably won't let go of a lot of his ten hands.
    • 40 hands is just not enough to call someone a nit. Since his AF is 3.0 we know he's mixing it up post flop and probably isn't only raising with huge hands(like sets) here.
    • Just picking up the pot is nice because it translates into about 40% of the implied stacks.

Definitely think we might as well get it in on the flop. Ask yourself why you were calling? Was it because you wanted to get more value or because you were scared?

If you're not going to stick it in then you should be setting out a plan for the remaining streets in your head. You have the best hand on the flop but your odds of winning are not great if you get to the river 3 handed. This was pretty passive. Should be willing to go broke on that flop after the action pre.

Only hands you lose to are low sets but are crushing AT/KT/QT/JT which are all far more likely.
