Ok . ive had a bit of experience at omaha, i would suggest that by that logic you have to work out who only plays said high cards, when people fold you can then work out how many bricks they have. I.e. when player a folds you know he has 3/4 low cards, this can then be factored in to guess how much chance you have compared to everyone else who has all high cards.

The main problem with this idea is technically speaking omaha is a Flop based game, i.e akak double suited is not much ahead of 2 5 78 unsuited (i.e 7% ahead at most preflop)
Once you have seen the flop however you can work out your chances to improve vs opponent hand selection and currently held hands.
For example i oncehad 22 outs on the flop (cash game) and the guy put a pot raise in , i instant called all in . i went on to win.
but try to see the flops moreso then worry about starting hand selection, this excludes where you have 3/4 of teh same suit (eating own outs) or 3 of the same card (except possibly aaa or kkk).
im sure other will answer your question more relevantly.

    Didn't sound like a level.

Idk what the hell to do in Omaha. I'd probably fold to 3bet just because there's a good chance someone jams behind and I end up sticking it in. I guess your cards are probably very live though, I see what you're saying. At the end of the day, omaha is just horrible.

Your hand is way better than AQQQ here (QQ alone is never good) and it is pretty likely you are up against AAxx and KKxx here so equity wise I guess (and it is very much a guess) you are better than 25% here.

You gambollaed, congratulations man! To be fair if there's any game to do it in it is PLO.

Ok I'm going to educate you in the "any 4 cards can win" fallacy. You are right that 3/4/5/1000 bettors range is skewed to high cards, reason being that high cards have a better chance of winning than low cards. But that being said there is so much to a definition of a hand than high low (Sextupley true in Omaha).

You have a single suited , double gapped middle run (1 top/1 bottom). This is a pretty **** hand (ESPECIALLY 4 way man). If you want to do this kind of crap, pick hands like AJT9ds, it plays just great multiway and you will like pretty much never have less than 25% equity in such a spot.

I fold this to the 3bet pre aswell. Your hand is great at making second nuts and dominated draws and you're in the BB playing 5 way, just fold it man.
