    $10 rebuy railaments on FTP

I was gonna start off the title of the thread with '1/28' but as I was writing it this happened

Currently 12/26 after tilting off another 50K in the next hand

Ugh, sucks man. Was this on Stars? You bink the flush one time and you're shipping the tournament, just gotta be running well enough to win a cheeky 25%er. His 2 barrel is pretty damn strong, I don't know if he ever bet/folds that much with his stack size. Perhaps flatting the turn is ideal seeing as you're in pos and there's literally nothing to worry about except a 3 peeling on the river.

I don't think the ship is folding out any hands beating you. Really unlucky turn though

Hand 1- I really hate the jam on the turn. You are essentially turning an awesome hand into a bluff! First of all his line looks super strong, and second of all he is never calling you with worse. Just flat the turn. If you bink flush/2p/trips then jam river. If you dont bink, flat like almost every river. if he checks to you, u can value bet river.

Hand 2- standard and just UL

I was thinking about that hand for a while and I don't like my jam on the turn anymore. I'd already checked him out on OPR and its not like he's an fish who's gonna do something stupid in that spot

There was another sicko at the table, Iridium

They played this hand together on the bubble, I was wondering what other people think of Iridium's line here. Call pre seems kinda loose to me and I dunno if InterneTT93o is shoving much worse than A5 on the river, is he ever bluffing enough here to make this call?

That hand is a perfect example of why you don't r/c with hands like A5 suited. In fact you should rarely ever flat there OOP. As played, he kind of has to play the hand exactly how it plays out. Mistake was made preflop, and ended up costing him 50 BBs.

Honestly, open stealing is waaaay overrated. This is a fold preflop for iridium. I would note this hand on iridium, and then adjust by 3betting/cbetting him in position if you meet up with him again. He cannot profitably play hands like A5s like this against a 3bet/cbet strategy, and you can get away with some things against players who flat in these spots OOP.

I don't see what Iridium is thinking on the river. I don't even think Internett (being a capable player) would ever 3 barrel AK for value there. I'm not sure if these two have history, but my guess is Internett's 3bet range vs EP open is not going to include anything that Iridium is beating except KK/JJ turned into some horrible bluff. As said above, his loose call preflop cost him a lot, probably can't fold the river.

I really don't mind opening A5dd from that position and it makes you look active and will stop nits snap folding AQ to early position raises (so you can get paid more with prems). But obv calling a 3bet oop with that hand is just poop.
